God's Glory and Man's Ultimate Destiny
In the Bible light is generally associated with God, while darkness is with Satan. In fact, Christ is likened to the Sun, the Church to the moon and the angels to stars. Metaphorically, the Bible, in so many places, describes enlightenment to Gods truths, Law, doctrines and Way to be light or day. In contrast darkness or blackness is associated with disbelief, wandering from the Way, lack of true knowledge and doctrine and even death. What does darkness do that is so bad and what brings it about, metaphorically speaking? How can light, and the glory it represents, tells us about Man's incredible potential? This research explores more about this fascinating typology utilized throughout Gods holy Word. It is written in praise and appreciation for God and His promise of eternal life the hope of glorification for all Christians. God's Glory and Man's Ultimate Destiny Written by: Craig White |
