Q. How can God still love me when I still continue to do the same sin even though I don't want to? Also, does God still love me when it seems like I have lost my life to the devil? How can I get my life back from the devil?

A. We have all lost our lives to Satan that is why Christ had to come and literally buy us back or redeem us ( Galatians 3:13). Jesus specifically bought us back from the devil. Christ owns us now, not the devil.

In Matthew 12:31, Jesus said any manner or type of sin is forgiven:

"Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy [against] the [Holy] Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. "

The only unpardonable sin is to reject Christ willfully and purposely ("blasphemy [against] the [Holy] Ghost") where we do not want to be forgiven for our sins.

God intends to save everyone in spite of themselves ( I Timothy 2:4). The only question is how much pain do we want to go through before we say, God, I believe you and not the devil. In Hebrews 12:5-11, Paul said God punishes every son He loves.

"And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected [us], and we gave [them] reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? For they verily for a few days chastened [us] after their own pleasure; but he for [our] profit, that [we] might be partakers of his holiness. Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. "

So no matter how sinful you are He always love you and will allow you to go through as much suffering as is necessary for you to finally believe God and not the devil.

It is Satan who wants you to think how bad you are and to believe God doesn't love you. You are at the point you will either believe God (He loves you and forgives you.) or the devil. Don't believe Satan like Adam and Eve did. Presently, you are believing the devil instead of God.

Repentance ( Acts 2:38) is a change of mind from seeking Satan's will (to be unforgiving) to God's will and then He through Christ will forgive you.

In Matthew 7:7 Christ said if we ask God He will give what we ask. In your prayer don't tell God you're too bad to forgive because then you deny God and His will.

Pray to God that you accept His forgiveness no matter how bad you think your sins are. God forgives always ( Matthew 12:31). But . . . the but is you must believe Him -- that's faith. Then with faith comes repentance (change of mind) and He will forgive you. We all go through the same thing you do, just different sins ( Romans 7:15-25).
