Araunah

The alternate name for Araunah is Ornan (Strong's #H771 which means, "light was perpetuated," 1Chronicles 21, 2Chronicles 3:1). A Jebusite living in Jerusalem, he sold King David his threshing floor for the altar he wanted to build. The land David bought would later have the temple built upon it.
