There are five people recorded in the Old Testament, and six individuals in the New Testament, with the name of Joseph.
In the Old Testament, there was Joseph the eleventh son of Jacob (Genesis 30:24). Another Joseph was the father of Igal who spied out the Promised Land for Moses (Numbers 13:7). Joseph was the name of Asaph's son (1Chronicles 25:2), a man who married a foreign wife (Ezra 10:42) and a priest of the family of Shebaniah (Nehemiah 12:14).
In the New Testament, Luke lists three of Jesus' ancestors with the name of Joseph (Luke 3:24, 26, 30). There was also Jesus' stepfather named Joseph (Matthew 1:18). A Sanhedrin member from Arimathea (Matthew 27:57) and one of the two people who could have replaced Judas Iscariot as an apostle (Acts 1:23) were also named Joseph.

One of the sisters of Jesus' mother had a son named Joses as well (Matthew 27:56). Lastly Barnabas, who worked with the Apostle Paul, was surnamed Joses (Acts 4:36).

Strong's #H3063, #G2455
Judah was the name of Jacob's (Israel's) fourth son, his fourth child through Leah. Those from this tribe, over time, were eventually referred to as Jews.
It should be noted that the King James Bible inaccurately translates Strong's #G2455 as "Judas" in Matthew 1:1 - 3 and "Juda" in Luke 3:26, 30, 33, Hebrews 7:14, 8:8, Revelation 5:5 and 7:5. The accurate translation of this word, in these verses, is "Judah" as they refer to one of Israel's many tribes.
