Meaning of Numbers: The Number 811
The possible meaning of the number 811 is derived partly from the Biblical calendar and partly from its link to water.
Definition 811 in the Greek section of Strong's Concordance is the word asotos. Its single use in the New Testament is by Jesus in his parable of the prodigal son. The son, who requests his family inheritance early, ends up foolishly squandering it on riotous living that indulges his lusts.
And he said, A certain man had two sons: And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living.
And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous (asotos) living (Luke 15:11 - 13, KJV).

Water and the Number 811
Genesis 8:11 and Revelation 8:11 (811) each have water as a common theme.
Noah, in order to determine whether it was dry enough after the flood to leave the ark, released a dove from the great ship. The first time the bird was sent out it returned to the ark, which meant it had not found a dry and clean place to land (Genesis 8:8 - 9). Seven days later he again sent out a dove which returned with a fresh olive leaf in its mouth.
And the dove came to him in the evening, and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf plucked off. So Noah knew that the waters had gone down from off the face of the earth (Genesis 8:11, HBFV).
Noah, after waiting another seven days, released a dove a third time. This time, however, the bird did not return which meant the land would soon be dry enough to leave the ark (Genesis 8:12 - 16)!
The prophetic Day of the Lord, in the near future, will be a time of God's wrath against a world that refuses to repent of its countless sins. One of the many punishments to befall humanity will be the poisoning of some of the earth's fresh water resources which will ultimately cause countless deaths.
And the third angel sounded his trumpet; and there fell out of heaven a great star, burning like a lamp; and it fell on a third of the rivers, and on the fountains of waters.
Now the name of the star is Wormwood; and a third of the waters became wormwood; and many men died from drinking the waters because they were made bitter (Revelation 8:10 - 11, HBFV).
